Job Description Summary The Engineering & Asset Management team at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) provides essential asset management services to our clients as part of our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Shared Services delivery model. We are seeking an Asset Data Administrator to join our dynamic team.
As the Asset Data Administrator, you will play a vital role in the administration and governance of asset and preventative maintenance data. This data forms the foundation for our asset management outcomes through data analytics. Your responsibilities will include collecting field data through site audits, performing data analytics, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with client contract requirements. You may also support the supply chain team in delivering procurement events when necessary.
This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities: Manage and govern asset and maintenance data, ensuring high-quality standards at the account level. Collaborate with account leaders and client stakeholders to understand their requirements and priorities. Work with vendors to obtain necessary asset and maintenance data and manage performance levels. Conduct fault trend analysis to review and update existing maintenance or refurbishment strategies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting or leading business process improvement projects. Develop corporate documents, including policies, processes, guides, forms, and training materials. Provide training to C&W staff, service vendors, and client-side personnel as needed. Collaborate with other service streams to deliver high-quality integrated facilities management services. Background and Experience: Proven experience in developing technical reports using complex data and analysis. Experience working under strict deadlines and managing multiple priorities. Understanding of building operational systems (HVAC, Electrical, Fire, etc.) through relevant work experience or qualifications. Familiarity with maintenance, asset management, and data analysis business systems. A client-focused service culture. Experience with Fulcrum or systems alike is preferred.
