About the Role: The Asset Coordinator will assist in the smooth running of Kirinari's facilities through the timely review and action of maintenance requests and purchase orders. Utilising strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders will form an integral part of this role.
Key Responsibilities Reviewing/actioning maintenance requests from SharePoint. Liaise with external providers/contractors to perform tasks as required. Liaise with Real Estate agents for works within rental properties. Purchasing supplies/equipment required in our homes. Communicating with internal and external parties. About You: Excellent time management skills. Able to prioritise tasks. Adapt quickly to a changing environment. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Strong sense of urgency. Able to think outside the box. Strong relationship building skills. Keen eye for detail. Committed to delivering a final outcome. Strong computer skills. Come Join Us!
