As an Assessor, on behalf of Cm3 Clients, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying vendors work, health, safety, and environment (WHSE) documentation against the requirements of the Cm3 prequalification scheme, as well as providing coaching and support regarding WHSE matters ensuring internal KPIs and customer satisfaction standards are met.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based in Melbourne working across the South Bank and Scoresby offices with hybrid working arrangements.Some of the tasks:Conduct WHSE assessments to determine vendor capabilityReview WHSE assessment submissions within agreed timelinesAssist vendors close the gaps in their WHSE systemsRespond to queries (via phone or email) and provide guidance and support to vendorsConduct risk reviews in line with QA requirementsAdhere to relevant systems, policies, procedures, and processesParticipate collaboratively in WHSE discussions and project workSome of the skills required:Previous experience within a WHSE operational environmentExposure to operational safety managementKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to WHSE complianceAbility to engage stakeholder groups and bring people on a journeyA problem-solving mindset to mitigate future issuesHigh level of written and verbal communication supporting diverse stakeholder groupsNext StepsIf you meet most of the criteria listed above and would like to be considered for this opportunity, please send your application today.
