Amidst exciting growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Repair Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
Due to the company's growth, they are seeking an experienced assessing team leader or a senior assessor looking to progress within their career.

Review SOW for complex claims, all re-roof SOWs and claims over $100kOffer guidance on compliance and warranty requirements in accordance with the National Construction Code and Australian StandardsFollow-up assessors on outstanding/overdue claimsImplement new internal insurance processesProvide mentorship to team members and hold one-on-one meetings with the assessment teamAddress complex claims and escalations with insurance companiesConduct site visits with assessors to observe their processesSpot opportunities for improvement to enhance performanceAssess sick leave, timesheets, and annual leaveAssist in other departments when requiredAbout You 4+ years experience in a similar role with an insurance builderSenior assessors currently mentoring team membersExperience working for an insurance or residential builderProven ability to lead and mentor team membersWhat's on Offer: Full-time roleChoose to work 80% remotely or from the officeSalary up to $130k + super + car + laptop & phoneIf you are interested in this role, please click on the APPLY NOW button and register your details.
