ASSA ABLOY is the world's leading provider of access solutions. For our subsidiary DoorBird , we are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) at the San Francisco location to start as soon as possible.
DoorBird develops, manufactures and markets high-quality IP video door entry systems worldwide.

BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferably in the tech industry Positive outlook, attitude and strong internal drive A "people-person" who shows genuine interest in helping others solve their problems Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excels when working with a team Clear and professional written and phone communication Highly productive and proactive Enthusiasm for technology Located in San Francisco About the Opportunity:
Reach out to warm & cold customer leads Responsible for product knowledge to satisfy technical inquiries Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Follow up on customer requests for purchase advice and product information Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory Contribute to increasing the overall revenue throughout the Americas, Australia and New Zealand Salary range: 60k-70k
