Their commitment to exceptional service delivery has made them a trusted partner for government and commercial organisations throughout Sydney.About The OpportunityAs a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the crews and maintaining excellent client relationships. Some of your responsibilities will include:Serve as the primary point of contact for Plant Foreman/Supervisors and Crews.Assist with job cost analysis and comparing bid vs. build for projects.Assist in the preparation and queries of accurate tender processes and related documentation.Provide timely documentation to customers, including SWMS, Toolbox Talks, and Service Records.Organise and schedule works, including coordinating subcontractors, sourcing and ordering materials.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to enhance J&E Asphalt's reputation and foster strong working relationships.About YouThe successful candidate will have:A minimum of 4+ years of experience in the same or similar role.A strong understanding of asphalt construction, including the ability to read plans and knowledge of specifications and applications.Excellent written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Experience in maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.You will also have:Knowledge of local contractors and businesses (strongly preferred).A current driver's license and relevant industry licenses/certifications.What's in it for You?Join a Well Established Civil and Asphalting Solutions Company.Well Respected Company with a Great Reputation in the Industry.Work in a Friendly & Supportive Team Environment.Utilise Your Skills & Experience in this Dynamic & Varied Role.Company Vehicle & Work Phone Provided.Enjoy Working in a Rewarding & Autonomous Position.Full-Time Stable Role with an Immediate Start Considered.Apply today and don't miss out on starting this opportunity as soon as possible!
