About the role: The Salesforce Solution Architect reports to the Director Digital Transformation and has line management responsibilities. The Salesforce Solution Architect will work with other senior managers and executives of the department and is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analysing business needs, and translating them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. Key Competencies: To succeed in the role, you will have: Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Demonstrated experience with data modelling, integration patterns, and security best practices. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect. Proven ability of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects. Remuneration: Competitive salary $121,107 min to $125,679 max pa plus superannuation.
