The Manager, Portfolio Planning is accountable for leading the delivery of professional, efficient and timely state-wide portfolio planning, urban renewal and asset strategy services, including the development of asset strategies to ensure the Capital Works programme meets the housing demands of the SA Housing Trust's Strategic Asset Management Plan.
The role will provide pro-active, strategic leadership within a well-developed team, and is responsible for the application and undertaking of financial modelling / feasibilities to manage a planned approach to portfolio investment / divestment decision making and developing operational policies and procedures for the directorate within the framework of the Trust's requirements.
Special Conditions Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.Requirements
Desirable - Tertiary qualification in urban planning, land economics, valuation or equivalent.
