Change Lead

Role - Change Lead  We are looking for a Change Lead to support the implementation of a new Data Analytics & AI Operating Model .
This person will have a strong understanding of data principles, data projects, and Power BI, alongside core change management skills.
What this role will encompass; Operationalize this Strategy: Deploy the DA & AI Op Model effectively, aligning with corporate and technology strategies.
Enhance Data Capabilities: Build and develop data capabilities to support strategic objectives and drive better outcomes.
Promote a Data-Driven Culture: Foster data literacy and encourage adoption of data-driven decision-making.
Ensure Smooth Transition: Minimise disruption by providing clear guidance, support, and communication to stakeholders.
Key Requirements for this role; Change management qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in methodologies such as PROSCI, Lean, HCD, and Agile.
Proven experience in managing change for processes, systems, and business implementations.
Strong familiarity with project management tools, approaches, and lifecycle phases.
Deep understanding of change processes and how people adapt to change.
Excellent influencing, liaison, and negotiation skills in complex situations.
Demonstrated success in delivering benefits realisation.
This is a contract projects based role.
