Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Noarlunga – Mental Health Salary $76,561.00 - $80,256.00 (Pro Rata) ASO4 | Part Time 18.75 hours per week – 7 month contract available We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Research Assistant to join our Mental Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Service Team.
Join our Mental Health Rehabilitation Service (MHRS) as a Research Assistant, contributing to nationally leading rehabilitation practices.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate research activities under expert guidance, and play a key role in an integrated research program, managing projects, analysing data, and disseminating findings.
About the role: Working as the Research Assistant, some of your duties may involve: Being responsible for complete and timely data collection, entry and management, and to assist with the analysis of the data generated across SALHN MHRS.
Undertaking maintenance of accurate and complete documentation, including but not limited to regulator documents, signed informed consent forms, relevant HREC approvals, source documentation, interviews and questionnaire responses and other study-related communications.
Participating in the development of the research directions for SALHN MHRS.
Recruiting internal and external guest speakers and coordinate sessions for education and networking purposes.
Participate in interview and questionnaire development, conducting interviews, administering surveys and/or coordinating focus groups.
About you: Relevant Tertiary qualification Experience in research design, management and data analysis Experience in the use and maintenance of data collections using online survey tools, database and statistical packages (IBM SPSS) Experience in completing administrative tasks under minimal supervision Experience in preparing and presenting the findings of applied research Ability to work under limited direction, autonomously or as a collaborative member of a team, including an ability to prioritise and effectively manage diverse workloads in order to meet agreed timelines and objectives Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
