When our children and young people thrive, so do our communities and our state.About the Role:The Claims Payroll Consultant is responsible for an efficient payroll and administrative service for the injury management team and injured workers in accordance with workers compensation & financial requirements. They are responsible for timely calculation of entitlements, processing of pay schedules, accurate recording of payments and maintenance of databases including SIMS. The Claims Payroll Officer provides the highest standards of customer service and competency in the management entitlements while contributing to the achievement of the Injury Management Unit goals, objectives & targets.Qualifications:Essential: NilSpecial Conditions:The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.For all other Special Conditions please refer to the attached Position Description.Remuneration:ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loadingEnquiries:Enquiries can be directed to Tim Ashworth, Manager, Injury Management, via tel: or email: Instructions:Applications should be made through the IWorkForSA website.
