The CompanyOur client has been in operation for over 70 years and has cemented themselves as one of the largest accounting groups in Queensland. This group has multiple offices across Queensland and has grown their team to circa 100 staff. They service a wide variety of clients and have a strong focus on working with clients from the agriculture, construction, and professional services industries.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced ASIC / Corporate Compliance Administrator to join their team! About YouTo be successful in this role, ideally you will be/have:
1 year experience working within a public practice accounting firm with exposure to ASIC dutiesExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Adaptable & innovative personality with a high level of attention to detailStrong time management / organisational skillsProfessionally presentedExperience working with Xero (desirable)Full working rights in AustraliaThe BenefitsCompetitive salary packagesFlexible and tailored learning opportunitiesAccess to their Employee Assistance ProgramFlexible working hours and opportunitiesFriendly and supportive teamThe RoleSitting in the administration team, your objective will be to provide direct assistance to ensure all ASIC obligations and requirements are met. You will undertake the following duties:
Preparing client documentationLiaising with clients & building effective relationshipsLiaising with ASICUndertaking corporate secretarial functions including preparation & lodgement of forms, registration management, & address updatesMaintain ASIC debtors & accurate, up to date client recordsUndertake any other general administrative tasks to support the broader administration team as requiredTo ApplyClick on APPLY and attach your resume.
