As part of this, the section provides regular reporting to the COO and the leadership team on SES matters, to enable ASD to manage current and anticipated SES workforce requirements and their engagement at ASD.

The section provides specialised and high quality advice and services to SES and their support staff. The section's advice is contemporary and provides innovative solutions relating to the management of the SES workforce for ASD.

Services include SES onboarding, induction and off boarding; policy and advice on SES remuneration and employment conditions; management of Executive Assistant and Executive Officer recruitment rounds; managing SES learning and development; coordinating SES Conferences; and management of the SES Performance Leadership Framework.
