Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire. Salary / Benefits: 22k - 38k + Training + Benefits Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst / ConsultantA successful and expanding Asbestos Consultancy specialising in Asbestos Surveys, Site Analytical, and Consultancy services is recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Leeds area. The successful candidate will carry out Asbestos Surveys, 4 Stage Clearances, and Air testing, producing detailed reports for a portfolio of Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Industrial clients. For the right-minded individual, our client can offer structured training into Asbestos Auditing/Quality Management. Experience & Qualifications: Must hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.Must have relevant experience working within the asbestos industry.Will be knowledgeable within relevant Health and Safety Legislations.Must have excellent communication and organisational skills. The Role:Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and Educational sites.Undertaking the full range of Site Analytical duties such as 4 Stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, re-occupation, visual re-inspection, and personal air testing.Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce site-specific reports.Providing clients with re-occupation certificates.Liaising with clients.Ensuring all client needs are being met.Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
