The Role
An active and supportive board awaits the incoming CEO to partner together in leading Emmerton Park through its next chapter.
You'll collaborate with the leadership team and continue to uphold the organisation's legacy of delivering high-quality aged care services.
You will bring a holistic approach to the wellbeing and care of the residents and all that you and your team serve through this wonderful organisation.
Your role will involve identifying and driving emerging opportunities, strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and navigating sector challenges such as regulatory and demographic changes.
The Person
You will bring senior leadership experience in aged care or another highly regulated service sector, with a proven track record in governance, strategy execution, and stakeholder engagement.
An ability to lead in a values-driven environment is essential, as is a collaborative leadership style that fosters a strong culture of continuous improvement.
Your aptitude and understanding the operations of a service delivery organisation will allow you to ensure effectiveness of all business areas – and guide the organisation into a strong and flourishing future.
By empowering and supporting your functional leaders, you will share your expertise to foster a high-performance culture.
With a keen understanding of sector trends and a focus on organisational sustainability, you will provide valuable insights into both the current and future states of the industry.
