The Person Your extensive background and experience in aged care or a similar service delivery model equip you with the skills needed to manage day-to-day operations effectively while ensuring that regulatory changes and compliance remain the cornerstone of good practice.You excel in risk management, governance, and evaluation, and will drive continuous improvement through close collaboration with the board and leadership team.As an excellent people leader, you will promote a strong workplace culture, motivate staff, and lead organisational change.
