Arts Queensland (AQ), part of Department of Education, is looking for a fixed-term temporary full-time AO8 HR Manager to 24 April 2026 with possible extension. As HR Manager you will lead the delivery of human resources programs and initiatives across AQ that ensure the development and enhancement of strategic departmental capability.
This role also leads delivery of a range of workforce management related services including employment relationships, recruitment and selection, establishment management, human resource strategy, technical employment relations and policy HR advice.
The Arts Business Services (ABS) team provides a range of corporate services/support to a range of AQ employees including HR, finance, and business support.

Provide strategic advice on organisational change and design initiatives. Provide leadership and case management in complex employment-related matters including providing quality HR/ER advice. The position reports to the A/Director, Arts Business Services, and has one direct report.
