Mentor local Indigenous staff and oversee CDP site operations to ensure program effectiveness, support job seekers & drive employment opportunities.
11th December, 2024 The Community Development Program Site Manager is responsible for the "on the ground" delivery of the CDP contract. It is a diverse role that focuses on managing stakeholder relationships and mentoring local Indigenous staff members. You will be working closely with a range of community and government stakeholders to maximise employment opportunities and provide a high level of support to job seekers currently required to participate in the CDP program.
