Arena Manager At Flip Out Charlestown

Position Overview:
Arena Managers are responsible for all sales, merchandise, ordering, rostering, staff
and operations in their arena. As the chief representative of the Flip Out Arena, they
are required to be well-spoken and presentable at all times. Managers must be able to
perform in all aspects of the business; marketing, sales, administration, management,
safety checks and budgeting. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility
and the ability to lead effectively.
Position Requirements:

First Aid Certificate from a Nationally Recognised Training Provider (required before employment commences).
A current Working with Vulnerable People Check (or state equivalent).
Must be 18 years or older.
Proven ability to hire, train, and lead a team effectively.
Strong sales background with demonstrated results.
Technologically proficient, with the ability to use tools such as the Intranet and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
A profit-focused mindset, with a drive to grow and develop the business.
Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic, personable nature.
Understanding of food safety standards and requirements.

Arena Manager Responsibilities:

Effectively hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring team cohesion and productivity.
Adhere to and enforce all procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed by staff and customers.
Collaborate with Franchisees and Head Office, executing directives and reporting back regularly.
Drive sales and optimise team performance, both on an individual and collective basis.
Attend and complete all required training sessions and disseminate key information to the team.
Take ownership of the arena's performance, handling all aspects of budget and sales reporting.

Expectations:

Maintain high standards in staff management, safety, and operational efficiency.
Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of the arena's performance.
Assume full accountability for the arena's operations and any outcomes that occur within it.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,544.11 – $136,202.34 per year
