About the Division / Team Our Interstate network is responsible for the management of approximately 6,000km of track and servicing a broad range of supply chains.
The team comprises more than 500 staff and 24 provisioning centres and depots, which continue to deliver major corridor maintenance works and projects across the country to increase the efficiency and capacity of Australia's rail network.
About the Opportunity Provide assistance to enable the Area Manager to optimise maintenance deliverables and maximise efficiencies for the work teams.
To provide the required support to achieve accuracy of data in various systems including asset management, finance, and shared drives while ensuring the team has everything they need to function.
Create, modify and load accurate data into ARTC's business systems in line with established processes and procedures.
Enable day-to-day functions of operational ARTC locations.
Provide administration support to the Area Manager and others as required or requested.
About You To ensure success in this position, applicants will be able to demonstrate: Proven administration skills.
Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
Intermediate experience in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Intermediate experience and knowledge of asset management and financial systems.
Desirable IT computing skills including experience in database interrogation and analysis of data.
Sound knowledge of railway infrastructure and systems.
