Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, this full-time permanent role will be based on the road – Don't worry you will be given a vehicle to drive!

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing multiple customer groups in driving sales, targets and achieving individual and team goals to deliver profitable outcomes for Snackbrands Australia.
What you'll be responsible for: Plan and manage execution of marketing initiatives throughout the region.Building distribution of SBA products.Business Development through the region.Maximising promotions by selling and representing our products.Ensure core range/planogram is available in key customers.Execute promotional programs.Manage key customers to deliver profitable outcomes.Keep abreast of accounts and trade spend management.Working towards individual and team KPI's and compliance.Auditing and ensuring our products are meeting all standards.Bringing your own flair to the team ensuring processes are met.What you'll bring to the role? Experience in Independent or Route/Impulse Sales within FMCG.Have an understanding of trade maths.Hunger and willingness to strive for success in sales.Be confident to own your decisions.Be enthusiastic and ambitious.Be a team player – you can applaud your teammates and your own wins!Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship building skills.High levels of integrity and accountability - you own your decisions and can be counted on to do what you say you will.What can you expect in return?
