The Role You will oversee a team of House Managers and work closely with the caseworker and other therapeutic staff to provide high quality care and assist young people to heal from trauma and achieve their full potential. Aside from providing supervision and support to the House Managers, you will also work closely with the Operations Manager to help grow and develop the area.
Requirements Experience working with young people in residential OOHC.Previous experience in leadership and providing supervision of staff (preferably residential OOHC).Drivers licence.Further Info In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $105 - 115K + Super.
