Area Manager

We are now seeking an Area Manager to join our FM team. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Building Managers (typically residential) and other staff to achieve their best performance and provide excellent customer service. Your duties will include:
Management of all aspects of the employee life cycle Being a point of escalation for external customers Management of customer renewal activities Participation in Business Development activities Contributing to training and ongoing development of staff We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 3 years' experience in managing residential strata buildings and various entity types. Experience leading a team. Is a professional and clear communicator. Can lead and inspire a disaggregated team. What we offer:
