Area Manager I Childcare I ($140,000 +Super)

This private Childcare Organisation is going through a period of unprecedented growth and transformation and we are currently seeking an Area Manager based in the Sydney CBD area to manage early education services located in the NSW area.With a portfolio of 6 early education centres, the Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of our childcare operations by leading and supporting Centre Managers to drive performance and quality within their centres.They will promote a culture that is aligned with the organisations core values and adheres to their policies and procedures and the National Quality Framework.What's in this role for you?The ability to work autonomously yet gain input from your experienced team.Opportunity to encourage your team to attend further training and development sessions.The opportunity to work with high quality centres with a great reputation within the local community.A fantastic work environment.Above award up to $140,000 salary depending on qualifications/experience.Additional benefits.Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to:Travel to various centres around Sydney to guide, support & mentor.Develop & implement the centres programs, systems and operational processes to ensure the successful running of the centres.Ensure reporting requirements are monitored, maintained and completed on time.Maintain & develop positive relationships & effective communication with the centres Directors.Develop positive and open professional relationships with your team.Provide effective support, guidance & mentoring to staff members.Support Directors to manage the centres budget and expenditure within the budget framework.Ensure the centres operate within the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations requirements.Manage & guide staff with their professional development & their individual goals & performance.Adhoc duties as required by Management.The successful candidate will ideally have:A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent approved ACECQA qualification.NESA accredited teacher.Previous experience as an area manager or strong director with proven multiple centre management.A current First Aid Certificate.A sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.Exceptional knowledge and experience in leading a team of professional staff.The ability to develop effective & positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.A solid understanding of policies, procedures and regulations.To apply for this exciting opportunity, please call Chris on 0414 300 581 or forward your resume via the "apply now" button.Visit www.earlylearningplacements.com.au or follow us on Facebook for daily job updates.
