With multiple restaurants and bars, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and oversee our diverse culinary operations.About Salter Brothers HospitalitySalter Brothers Hospitality currently operates 16 retreat hotels and estates; more than 20 restaurants and bars; 8 Spa Anise spas and other wellness facilities; and Spicers Scenic Rim Trail, one of the largest ecotourism ventures in Queensland with 38 rooms over five campsites.Here's what you'll do:Curate an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish;Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurants and bars across a cluster of our hotels;Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency;Lead, mentor, and train a team of food and beverage professionals to ensure high standards of service and quality;Nurture the team and provide a fun and energetic environment in which they can thrive alongside you;Collaborate with executive chefs and restaurant managers to create innovative menus and dining experiences;Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures to achieve profitability targets;Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards;Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development;Ensure products and services being delivered are consistently of the highest quality and continually improved;Continue to enhance the loyal relationships with guests and locals to promote repeated clientele;Maximise and identify opportunities to sell products & experiences that suit the needs of our guests;Management of financial cost measures including beverage and wage costs.Essential criteria required to be considered:Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as Food and Beverage Manager overseeing multiple F&B outlets from within a luxury Hotel environment;A genuine love for great food & wine with an understanding of the local market and trends;Experience in leading a team to success; have the drive and passion to develop a high performing team across different locations;Demonstrated financial acumen in relation to running a profitable restaurant;The ability to meet financial objectives including wage and stock control, cost management, revenue and budgeting;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills;To apply online please click on the apply button or for a confidential discussion please reach out to Emma Martin our Talent Acquisition Manager.
