Architecture Project Manager

ABOUT THE COMPANY.My client is currently seeking an Architect Project Manager to join their organisation on a 3 month contract.
You will be working closely with another Project Manager and liaise with various teams, including civil/structural engineering, planning, and construction.ABOUT THE POSITION.In this role, you will be responsible for managing Council's Infrastructure Program to ensure the designs comply with Council policies and practices.
You will play a key role in managing State Significant projects valued at up to $6 million.
Additionally, you will manage external design consultants, oversee procurement, and maintain effective record keeping.DUTIES.Manage and coordinate the design of significant Council's projectsLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersPrepare tender documentation and specificationMonitor key programs, budget, scope and quality parametersSKILLS & EXPERIENCE.Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, Building, Project Management or relatedClass C Driver's LicenseExcellent design management experience or extensive consultant management experienceStrong written and oral communication skillsBasic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and LumionCULTURE.This team prides themselves on their strong level of collaboration and motivation to continuously deliver to a high standard.
