The Role (s) X3
We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Revit Drafters with proven experience in retail and commercial drafting to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit, working on a variety of commercial and retail projects.
This role requires close collaboration with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
You will be tested as part of the process on your Revit capability as we are looking for the best graduates to become part of a large unique team in this starting position with excellent career progression possibilities.
Key Responsibilities Create and modify detailed Revit drawings for commercial and retail projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is accurately captured in drawings. Prepare construction documentation and technical drawings. Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, mechanical, and electrical teams. Maintain project documentation and drawing records. Conduct site visits as required to gather necessary information and verify conditions. Ensure all work adheres to Australian building standards and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in Revit drafting, with a strong portfolio showcasing retail and commercial projects. Degree qualified in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must be based in Adelaide, with the ability to travel to project sites as required. Must have a valid Australian driver's licence and own vehicle for site visits. Full working rights in Australia (no visa restrictions). Skills Experience working on large-scale retail or commercial developments. Strong knowledge of BIM and the ability to manage Revit models efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. These roles require a full Australian driver's licence as most projects are in various locations on site so you will also need your own car
