About us Loucas Architects specializes in Multi Residential/Commercial buildings. We are currently seeking an experienced architectural draftsperson to join our friendly team and assist in current/future projects.
Qualifications & experience Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureExperience in drafting multi-residential buildingsAbility to prepare schematic and construction drawingsPositive attitude and attention to detailExperience in CAD and BIM softwareMicrosoft Office suite skillsSelf-motivated and can work both autonomously and within a team environmentAbility to produce accurate construction detailsExperience in MicrostationTasks & responsibilities Preparation of architectural documentation from schematic design to construction documentationLiaising with consultants, engineers and buildersProduce 3d models and perspectives for visualizationJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
