About the role: We are currently searching for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to work within our Melbourne studio on existing and upcoming interiors projects. This person will be a BIM superstar, able to assist team members with documentation and drafting, and advocate for best modelling practice.

We encourage our people to develop a depth of knowledge across all areas and continue to develop and refine their skills.
Responsible for: Liaison and coordination with project team, clients and consultantsProduction of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules and specificationsDesign and documentation – AutoCAD and RevitDesign and planning, including graphic requirements / presentationsSite activities as requiredExperience: 5+ years' experience in architecture and/or interior designDemonstrated ability to work and collaborate as part of a project team Strong negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting prioritiesAbility to build effective relationshipsAbility to problem solve and provide solutionsAdaptable and forward thinkingStrong attention to detailStrong Revit skillsProficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Navisworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office  Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture required Remuneration: Salary range from $70,000-80,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on level of experience If you are a team player with a focus on design excellence, then we would like to hear from you.
