Our client is seeking an Architect to join their studio to contribute to residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, ensuring service delivery and project excellence.

Responsibilities: Client liaison, design, contract documentation, and some CAPrepare documentation, specifications, and schedulesDevelop client and technical expert relationshipsAssist in the creation of concept designPrepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals for clientsProduce working drawings, schedules, and specsAdherence to budgets and project forecasts Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience, post Graduation of Bachelor of ArchitectureExperience on commercial, multi-residential, and/or hospitality projects from concept to CA stagesKnowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural engineering on built formRevit ExpertisePassion for DesignCollaborative team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
