This is a Nationally Revered Design studio, delivering High End Design focused developments with private and institutional developers across Australia.
Our client are seeking an Architect to join their studio to contribute to residential, commercial and hospitality ensuring service delivery and project excellence.
  
Responsibilities:
Client liaison, design, contract documentation, and some CA
Prepare documentation, specifications and schedules
Develop client and technical expert relationships
Assist in the creation of concept design
Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals for clients
Produce working drawings, schedules and specs
Adherence to budgets and project forecasts
  
  
Ideal Candidate:
5 + years of experience, post Graduation of Bachelor of Architect
Experience on commercial, multi res and or hospitality projects from concept to CA stages
Knowledge of Mech, Elec and Structural engineering on built form
Revit Expertise
Passion for Design
