Architects (Information & Communication Technology)
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Architect or Senior Developer looking to continue their long-term career development with Technology One. This role is an opportunity to be part of the amazing team to expand the Revenue capabilities of our product to better enable our local government customers to connect to their customers, property, and community with Property & Rating.
You're an experienced engineering leader with strong leadership skills wanting to lead the team through the technical roadmap by defining the architecture guidelines, ensuring that it is aligned with the Technology One technical strategy, and proposing new approaches to achieve technical and business goals during the development phase of product features.
What you'll be doing… Architecture Application: Review and apply Enterprise Architecture standards, principles, policies, guidelines, performance guidelines, non-functional requirements, data models, coding guidelines, system context diagrams, and integration interfaces. Non-Functional Requirements: Explain how the domain will meet agreed nonfunctional requirements. Technical Leadership: Lead the Technical/Architectural Design Authority and Integration Strategy for the domain. Support and Strategy: Triage support issues and drive strategic initiatives. Coaching and Mentoring: Coach peers in development methodologies and deliver robust, secure, user-friendly software. Communication: Clearly articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences and expand team knowledge. Design and Advisory: Design technical solutions and serve as a technical expert for product teams. Documentation and Reviews: Produce and review architecture and product documentation, including source code and configuration files. Team Development: Lead, develop, and motivate a collaborative, achievementfocused team. Continuous Improvement: Enhance business practices, review processes for efficiency, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to community forums.
