Key Responsibilities: Lead a range of projects from feasibility studies through to construction administration Collaborate closely with the Queensland Studio Leader and team members across Australia, working together to resolve design challenges and deliver exceptional outcomes Manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and coordinate with consultants and contractors Produce high-quality design presentations, reports, and correspondence, effectively communicating design intent to both internal and external stakeholders Manage project fees, prepare proposals, variations, and invoices Capable of leading and mentoring junior staff and team members Skills and Experience: Registered Architect with 8+ years of experience Minimum of 3 years of Revit experience Experience on large-scale public, residential, or commercial projects Strong technical skills, with the ability to apply them in a design-focused environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite Must have citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa This company champions diversity and is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
