Key Responsibilities: Lead a range of projects from feasibility studies through to construction administrationCollaborate closely with the Queensland Studio Leader and team members across Australia, working together to resolve design challenges and deliver exceptional outcomesManage client relationships, conduct site visits, and coordinate with consultants and contractorsProduce high-quality design presentations, reports, and correspondence, effectively communicating design intent to both internal and external stakeholdersManage project fees, prepare proposals, variations, and invoicesCapable of leading and mentoring junior staff and team membersSkills and Experience: Registered Architect with 8+ years of experienceMinimum of 3 years of Revit experienceExperience on large-scale public, residential, or commercial projectsStrong technical skills, with the ability to apply them in a design-focused environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office SuiteMust have citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visaThis company champions diversity and is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
