Criteria: Luxury, high end residential experience An eye for forward thinking design and a real passion for your craft, with strengths end to end of the project cycle High degree of practical skill, knowledge and experience within the local Australian design market with strong experience in local codes Strong ability to lead prestigious projects with support from the senior lead and an established team sitting beside and under you People skills – capable of providing a positive influence in the team, this is also aligned with collaborating efficiently, client facing and maintaining relationships VIC Registration is preferred (though not essential) Experienced in Revit as a primary tool
