What is the role? This is a role for a Team Leader who is equally committed to safety, workplace morale and achieving results. The key responsibility of this role is to lead and oversee teams maintaining the Urban Forest across the city and have the chance to make a lasting impact in the iconic parks and streets of Sydney in an industry-leading company.
You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, delegating and coordination of the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the Active Tree Services team in the field by providing support, communication, and employee development.
This hands-on role will see you lead crews between duties such as: Proactive tree maintenance Tree removals Reactive pruning works Emergency response Pest and Disease treatment Why choose Active?
