We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our client's Digital Performance Team.
3-4 days working from home and 1-2 days a week from the office in Sydney CBD.
Working across a number of high-profile customers, leading strategy, planning, and best-in-market implementation of digital campaigns across Display, Paid & Organic Search, and Social channels, you will be an important member of the Digital Performance team.
Responsible for the successful design, implementation, performance, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns and together with the broader team, input into the general management of campaigns (all channels) to generate leads, sales, and to meet customer objectives.
Role & Responsibilities: Co-develop, enhance, build, implement, and optimize strategies that support or exceed client objectives. Manage overall campaign or program implementation and ensure resourcing and paid assumptions adhere to budget and performance expectations. Provide multi-variate and A/B testing across copy, creative image, call to action, lead forms, and lead journey strategies. Ensure campaigns are correctly implemented, properly named, and filed correctly and to the agreed process and protocols for ease of reference. Help manage timeline development and adherence and monitor progress, raising concerns if performance is not to expectations. Help explain data and performance of existing or previous campaigns and provide input and guidance into recommendations in a timely way. Proactively keep abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provide technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc. Proactively keep abreast of all platform changes, ad-units, algorithms, and other changes. Review statements and estimates of work prior to client review and sign-off. Build media plans for approval (and advise what you need from content). Deliver timely and correct performance and POE reports. Build, develop, report, and communicate client and industry benchmarks. Continuously learn and update your skills, certification, and knowledge of all platforms. Experience: Google Ad & GA Analytics certification & 2-3 years experience running search paid media. Minimum of 2 years paid media experience in Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, TikTok & Amazon Ads). Budget, performance optimisation, analytics, and reporting responsibilities. Previous experience in a client-facing role via agency managing multiple accounts (an advantage). Familiarity with Google Suite of Products, Slack & Asana (a bonus). Flexible approach to work, with an agile mindset. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
