Aps6 Workforce Planner

APS6 Workforce Planner Our client is seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to lead the analysis, structure advice and recommendation of an element of their workforce for a period of 6 months.
As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client is set up for success.
You will collaborate with the business to understand their staffing needs, analyse workforce data, and develop actionable plans to meet our future workforce demands.
Key responsibilities: Working under limited direction to develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans to align with business objectives including data analysis, provision of advice and support.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and inform scenario planning, forecasting, and the design of workforce solutions and recommendations.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring agreement or common understanding with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
Utilise a high degree of persuasion and advocacy, negotiating and resolving any conflicts.
Key Capabilities Proven experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into workforce strategies.
