3 month temporary contract with potential 3 month extension
Baseline security clearance required
We are currently partnering with a Federal Government agency who are undertaking priority reform work to an important service. As part of this work, a number of engagement activities have been undertaken with key stakeholders and the wider community.
This role is required to synthesise inputs gained from all engagement activities, and to prepare reports and briefing documents for internal and external use on any findings.
Responsibilities:
Providing secretariat support for program and project-level governance forums; program and project level planning;
Develop and use relevant evaluation tools and techniques to conduct analysis of written submissions, interview records, Town Hall conversations, meeting minutes, market research reports and any other relevant feedback received.
Produce reports and briefing materials on findings including trends, issues of concern and demographic analysis.
Analyse results to understand customer behaviours, needs and motivations.
Identify opportunities for improvement to meet user needs, encourage uptake and increase efficiency.
Develop documentation including information graphics and frameworks to support the design and delivery of the agency's products and services.
Facilitate forums to evaluate the sustainability of current and future agency products and/or services.
Participate in meetings and forums, including brainstorming sessions.
Engage and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent results.
The successful candidate will learn new content quickly and apply data analysis through a contextual lens. Must have the ability to conduct data analysis, data interpretation, research synthesis, database management, report writing and develop presentations on findings. Demonstrated experience of problem solving, attention to detail, good communication and flexibility to work in a reactive environment will be an advantage.
As this role is with the Federal Government, only Australian citizens that hold a current baseline security clearance will be considered for this vacancy.
