About the Role: As the APS6 level Project Officer (Labour Hire), you will play a crucial role within our client's Service Design Division, responsible for leading and managing projects aimed at improving the participant experience.
This role can be located in NEWCASTLE NSW .
Key responsibilities include: Developing and managing project plans and schedules aligned with the Agency's project management framework.
Providing expert advice and technical support to stakeholders.
Conducting independent research and analysis, preparing detailed reports on project activities.
Coordinating project reporting, including status updates and exception reports.
Drafting business cases, plans, executive briefs, and other corporate documentation.
Monitoring project budgets, expenditure, and assisting with procurement and contract management.
Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and benefits.
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

Advocacy for participant and stakeholder experiences within service processes.
