$91,702 - $104,753 + 10% BDCP + up to 15.4% Superannuation Russell - ACT The Role In this role, you will be required to support the Deputy Director Cyber Capabilities in the development and management of Defence's Cyber Training Systems within the Joint Cyber and Influence Directorate (JCIP).
The successful applicant will undertake a number of key duties including: Managing project activities, coordinating project, managing schedule, risk, and resources inputs per organisational practices, methods and standards; Proposing novel approaches to non-traditional challenges when considering technical, operational, professional and administrative activities, procedures, practices and project management methodologies; Identifying risks and opportunities and taking account of these in planning, decision-making, and priority setting; Building and sustaining stakeholder engagement including having the ability to communicate with influence and negotiate effectively; Working collaboratively with team members; Analysing project performance, and developing and initiating strategies to achieve project outcomes; and Providing input into the development of project planning, performance, cost and schedule documents.
This role is eligible for an additional remuneration benefit known in Defence as a Building Defence Capability Payment (BDCP).
This enables Defence to provide a premium, in addition to the base salary otherwise payable under the Defence Enterprise Agreement (DEA), for positions in occupational disciplines/classifications that are critical to Defence capability.

About our Team Joint Information Capabilities Branch (JICB) is one of four branches within the Joint Capabilities Division in Joint Capabilities Group (JCG).
JCG was formed in July 2017 with the mandate to deliver joint warfighting capabilities to the ADF.
