About Our Client: Our client is a large federal government agency committed to enhancing workforce capability and ensuring that their services are ready to meet the needs of Australians now and into the future.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced L&D Instructional Designer  to join the People and Capability Branch on an initial 12-month contract, with possible extension.
This role is crucial for developing and implementing strategies that build the agency's workforce capacity, ensuring alignment with business needs and user experience.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise and technical knowledge across various programs and activities to support the agency's objectives Anticipate potential challenges and contribute to effective issues management.
Ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks, as well as agency guidelines.
Assist in strategic planning and project management, implementing work plans and managing resources effectively.
Foster innovation and contribute to business improvement strategies and changes in workplace practices.
Monitor performance and stay informed about changes in the broader work environment that may impact objectives.
About You: You are a passionate HR professional with a knack for strategic thinking and enhancing the employee experience.
Your adaptable skills and innovative ideas will play a key role in shaping workforce initiatives.
As a collaborative team player, you build strong partnerships within the organization to align business goals with actionable solutions.
Essential Requirements: Relevant experience in learning design and development.
Proficiency in using Articulate 360 or other eLearning tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills   Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance, with potential for a higher clearance if required.
Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
