Our client in the government sector seeks a HR Advisor - Employee Relations to join their team in Canberra.$90,199 - $101,745 per annum + 15.4% superannuationHybrid: Flexible work optionsOpen to S26 TransferSecurity clearance requiredAbout the RoleJoin a small and collaborative team where you'll play a key role in driving workplace relations, performance management, and international deployments. This position offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact through a wide range of HR responsibilities. This position is available as an s26 transfer ( temporary or permanent) or a non-ongoing engagement for an initial term of 6 - 12 monthsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on complex industrial and workplace policy matters.Support the development of performance, employment strategies, and rewards/recognition programs.Manage workplace relations and performance case management for employees and supervisors.Oversee reporting and management of SES workplace terms and conditions.Contribute to the creation and improvement of employment policies.Deliver logistical and organisational support for international deployments, including family assistance.Advise stakeholders on international policy and deployment-related matters.Coordinate visits and engagements with international partners.Prepare detailed reports on international deployments, highlighting outcomes and insights.Review and maintain internal policies, procedures, and guidelines with an international focus.Contribute to various HR initiatives across the branch.What We're Looking ForKnowledge of employee legislation, policy frameworks, and international deployment guidelines.Proven ability to provide expert advice on employee relations and deployment matters.Strong organisational skills to manage workloads and meet deadlines.Strategic thinker with a focus on fostering continuous improvement and high performance.Application RequirementsMust hold Australian CitizenshipSecurity Clearance: Must have security clearance.What's on OfferA supportive team environment with opportunities to grow and develop.The chance to contribute to meaningful HR projects and initiatives.Competitive remuneration and benefits.If this role interest you, please click to APPLY NOW.
