APS6 Graphic Designer/Publisher
The Graphic Designer/Publisher will be part of a team providing design and production of digital content for internal and external communication channels, as well as online and printed publications.
DutiesDesign and deliver high quality solutions for social media (animations and web ready graphics), internal communications products (digital signage, intranet graphics), websites, hard copy publications and infographics for both internal and external audiences.Develop and maintain Microsoft Office publishing standards and templates and contribute to the development of publishing resources.Provide high-level creative advice and solution design, including participation in key meetings.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the design and publishing industries.Contribute to the development of and maintenance of corporate branding practices, including advising staff accordingly.CapabilitiesRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or a minimum of 4 years professional experience in Graphic Design and/or Microsoft Office publishing.Demonstrated graphic design skills (both technical and conceptual) with the ability to translate designs and concepts across a variety of media.Sound knowledge in both the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Can clearly and proactively communicate with individuals across multiple teams and departments.Can work under limited direction and exercise sound decision making and judgement, as needed.Up to date understanding and awareness of the design, digital and publishing industries.RequirementsAustralian CitizenshipApply NowDoes this role sound right for you?
