The Department:
A dynamic media production company, this organisation specialises in producing and selling high-quality TV series to both domestic and international markets. Their work often involves repurposing archival footage to create engaging and visually compelling stories, including historical documentaries.
With offices in multiple cities and a growing team, they pride themselves on blending technical expertise with creative storytelling. Now, they are looking for a talented leader to take their graphics team to the next level.
The Role:
As the Creative Director, you will lead a group of skilled designers, mentoring and inspiring them to reach new heights in their careers. You will oversee the design process from concept to delivery, liaising with both internal and external clients. Your creative leadership will drive innovation, ensuring the team stays on top of new technologies and continues to deliver industry-leading work.
Role Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of senior and junior designers. Oversee project briefs and creative concepts for internal and external clients. Plan and manage work packages, including animations, VFX, and infographics. Mentor and develop the team, boosting productivity and creativity. Ensure the design team meets commercial and creative goals. Maintain and improve workflows, explore new technologies, and develop design methodologies. Liaise with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. Your Skills and Experience: A strong graphic design portfolio across multiple genres and media types. Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a creative setting. Experience with project planning, client management, and work briefing. Expertise in motion graphics, animation, VFX, and infographics is highly desirable. Ability to align design work with commercial business goals. Eligibility and How to Apply:
