The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is one of the biggest social reforms in the country since Medicare.
As an Agency, we support more than , participants with a significant and permanent disability, and the families and carers of those living with disability.

A new role awaitsWe are looking for a highly motivated professional with executive support experience to join the agency as APS6 Executive Coordinator in our Analytics, Data and Actuarial division.
The Division provides information and advice on Scheme monitoring, financial sustainability and risks.
They perform analysis and provide insights for the overall financial sustainability of the Scheme.
The Division also provide operational data, insights and analytics to all operational teams, driving service delivery performance.
They produce the annual financial sustainability report and quarterly actuarial reports and provide information and advice to the CEO and the Board.Where you can add valueYou will provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems and may be required to coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, project management and policy development that support the NDIAs objectives.
Not every day will be the same and being adaptable is key to success within this role.
Responsibilities of the role may include but are not limited to: Providing high level administrative support to the Division/Branch and SES staff including diary management and preparation of meeting papers as required.Managing the flow of communications within the SES office, including monitoring all incoming and out-going emails, briefs, and correspondence, including follow-up action and monitoring of actions required.Working closely with the Divisional Support Officer (DSO) of the division to assist with any priorities or tasks as required.Scheduling meetings and preparing reports and documents relating to committees and projects of which the General Manager is a member, sponsor or stakeholder.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and experience in developing high level written reports and briefing materials.
