Position Overview: APS6 Business AnalystIn this role, you will have reasonable autonomy and accountability, utilizing initiative and judgment to interpret legislation and policy, ensuring practices and procedures align to achieve key outcomes.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Produce reports, interpret data, and analyze results using standard statistical techniquesCoordinate divisional and branch reporting requirements, tracking improvement and performance outcomesDevelop business functional requirements within contractual, legislative, and policy frameworksTranslate business metrics to inform stakeholder requirements for efficiency and performance optimizationDesign and deliver workshops, communication tools, and consultation resources for complex systemsEstablish governance and compliance processes, dashboards, and management systems to monitor performanceImplement and maintain audit and risk processes, ensuring controls and resolving issuesThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong documentation and writing abilitiesProficiency in solution analysis and ExcelExperience with Customer Records Management Systems (including Salesforce)To Apply:In order to be considered applicants are required to hold an Australian Citizenship.
