Austrade's Digital Products and Platforms branch is looking for dynamic, service oriented APS5 Junior Scrum Master. The Digital Products and Platforms branch has responsibility for the design and delivery of Austrade's new digital client services.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic team member to be actively involved in the design and delivery of Austrade's digital platforms or services. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) and help drive product and service delivery. As a Junior Scrum Master, under direction you will run the day-to-day operations of the project team(s) alongside the Delivery Manager(s) to ensure the product backlog is well defined, aligned with the Product Managers. You will work with Delivery Managers to prioritise and provide day-to-day support to the team through agile ceremonies and proactively remove delivery roadblocks. You will also be responsible for making sure the project is running to the plan and manage the timelines,
dependencies, risks and issues accordingly with the oversight of the Delivery Manager.
We are looking for a strong team player who values agile ways of working and Human Centred Design (HCD) by working openly and collaboratively. A core function of the Junior Scrum Master is to help the Delivery Manager lead an MDT of developers, testers, business analysts, and others, delivering new services that meet the global needs of Austrade's clients and staff.
