On behalf of a Federal Government Agency based in Geelong we are looking for APS5 Guidance Officer. This is a 12-month assignment. The role will paying $60.26 per hour plus super.
Working to support the service guidance and practice branch, you will be responsible for presenting policy, improvements, and system enhancements in clear operational guidelines. You will support the development of letters, forms, factsheets, and guides for both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities include: Researching, drafting, and updating internal and external guidanceInterpreting policy and legislation and translating into the Guidelines.Developing or updating guidance material in response to stakeholder feedback.Understanding the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.Providing service delivery knowledge and advice about procedural guidance, practice implementation and operational matters as neededManaging multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards, governance protocols and accuracy, meeting defined time-framesand performing other duties as requested.To be considered you will demonstrate: Previous experience within a similar roleExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to interpret and draft policy and procedural information into clear and easy to understand guidance material.Ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work under limited direction, guided by policies, standards and precedents.As this role is within the Federal Government, applications are required to hold Australian Citizenship in order to be considered.
