We are seeking two APS 5 Contract Management and Procurement Officers who will be accountable under broad direction to undertake complex and sensitive contract management and procurement activities.
The successful candidates will be required to exercise sound decision-making skills and apply good judgement, and work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Activities include (but are not limited to):
Building and sustaining productive relationships with clients and stakeholders including service providers and subject matter experts to provide contract management advice and respond to contract enquiries;Drafting contract documentation such as notices, change proposals, reports, survey and quotes, standard operating procedures and plans;Maintaining contract records including monitoring, tracking and reporting on contract deliverables, performance and data items;Assisting with procurement planning, tendering and contract formation activities ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, Defence processes and procedures; andCoordinating and providing representation at meetings. $83,706 - $89,659 + up to 15.4% SuperannuationSydney CBD - NSWThe Role

About our Team
The team provides valuable capability support to Defence by ensuring the ongoing availability of fuels, oils and lubricants to Defence assets both in country and overseas. We strategically procure products into the Joint Logistics Command warehouse network and arrange direct delivery of product to assets.
